Terms of Service

Merchants are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their products, pricing, food, payments, customers and compliance with applicable laws. EverDaily is not a party to any transaction between a merchant and its customers. Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

The platform, its software, designs, content and branding belong to EverDaily. You must not misuse, copy, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform. EverDaily may change, suspend or end any part of the service, or any account, at any time.

Merchants who contact customers for marketing, including through WhatsApp, push alerts or any other channel, do so as the sender and are solely responsible for the content, consent and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (including the Do Not Call provisions) and other applicable laws. Merchants must only message customers who have agreed to receive offers and must honour every opt-out request promptly. Merchants agree to indemnify EverDaily against any claims, penalties or losses arising from their marketing messages.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverDaily is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
